With a background in entrepreneurship, event production, and creative program development, he focuses on creating opportunities that expose underserved communities to art, content creation, and entrepreneurship. His goal is to build programs that inspire creativity, confidence, and new opportunities for youth and families in the community.

With a background in operations management, logistics, and process improvement, he brings leadership and organizational structure to the board. His experience managing teams and large-scale operations helps the organization develop efficient programs, organize events, and build systems that allow the nonprofit to grow and serve more people effectively.
Director of Operations & ProgramsWith years of experience in music, entertainment, and community events, he helps the organization connect with the community through events, partnerships, and outreach. His experience in event production and community engagement helps expand the organization’s reach, increase participation, and create events that bring the community together while supporting the organization’s mission.

Laurence Crawford
Professional experience in accounting and financial operations, including financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, and internal controls. He oversees the financial health and transparency of the organization, ensuring responsible financial management, budgeting, and compliance. His role helps ensure the organization grows sustainably and maintains strong financial practices as programs and community initiatives expand.
TreasurerA lifelong artist working across multiple artistic mediums, he serves as the Artistic Director for the organization’s programs and creative initiatives. He helps develop art programs, workshops, and creative curriculum that encourage self-expression, creativity, and artistic skill development. His leadership helps ensure the organization’s programs remain creative, engaging, and impactful for participants of all ages.
